5C Reset challenge: How people lost weight with the help of Neutrient and Intermittent Fasting in only 10 weeks

A Day In The 5C Reset

After 16 hours of fasting, volunteers would start their day with a delicious morning drink made with ButterFat Keto.

Foods to enjoy included plenty of vegetables and small portions of complex carbs such as lentils and pulses, following a low carb and sugar diet during the 5 intermittent fasting days and also include wholegrains and fruits during weekends. Volunteers would have one sachet of Altrient c 3 times a day.

In the afternoon, volunteers would take Advanced Collagen, containing hydrolysed collagen peptides that deliver a nourishing source of protein to help you feel fuller for longer and offer a distraction from afternoon cravings.
