Dauphinoise Casserole with Cabbage or Celeriac
Casseroles ‘dauphinoise’ can be just perfect LCHF dishes. Here we have one made with cabbage.
It is a combination of nutritious and inexpensive green cabbage and cheese.
The result is a creamy, delicious casserole.
Can be served as a side dish or as a vegetarian main course. More details here
